A blank greetings card featuring a special skyline illustration of some of the most iconic and memorable landmarks in South Liverpool's Mossley Hill.
Great as a card for any Beatles fan, or as a card for someone moving to or from L18. It could also make a lovely wedding or graduation card.
I drew this illustration by hand, using pen and ink, and then digitally manipulated to come up with the final image. It features the Penny Lane sign, Dovedale Towers, St Barnabas Church, Sudley House, the Rose of Mossley, the Mansion House in Calderstones Park, the footbridge over North Mossley Hill Road, Mossley Hill Church (complete with peregrine falcons), Robin Hood Stone and the little John Lennon Peace statue.
This is my neighbourhood, and I see many of these landmarks every day. It's part of a growing series of really local skylines I am drawing, featuring different areas of Liverpool.
